This December the crew spent a lot of time on a site in Bethel, CT. The property and existing building originally was a commercial property, that had a deli and apartment attached. The owner wanted to convert the building into a 2 family home, without the deli. A new septic system was needed. New fields as well as a septic tank were required. Also, the parking area for the commercial deli needed to be removed to fit as a 2 family residential home.
